Our honey bees help to pollinate our Orchard. All spring and summer the bees are busy finding pollen and nectar from our clover and producing a very light 'clover honey'...later they are visiting wild flowers and other sources of pollen and nectar and the honey they produce turns a little darker. The honey is process and filtered, but can be defined as raw honey, or honey which is 100% natural with no additives.
